That's some quality animation! Nice job!
I really the effect of character animations looking somewhat blurry & glowy, did you achieve that by flash filters or something in After Effects?

I used a Bloom Dark and Brights on After Effects to get the effect :) It'd be awesome if Flash had that though

Wazzup mate? Long time no see!
What can I say.. Your art style has improved since the last one. I liked all the unordinary camera angles you used in yar movie and I can clearly see you worked really hard on this one.

However it looked like you became uniterested in finishing this movie at some point so some parts looked weaker than the rest I think.. And i didn't think the story was all that original really, I mean like, you sounded like a freakin' moralist >:) Or like a guy who was trying to make a festival-movie, because they always have this pathos something like 'everything is in your hands' thingy)

But don't get me wrong, I liked all the jokes and tiny references you put in names or stuff(The cake isn't a lie by the way! God I miss my companion cube)

You'll definitely win a trophy or two for this one but there is still a long way to go! So take your time, play some tf2 and darkeden and good luck with your next movie!)

it realy was hard for me at the last scenes so you're probably right.
And yes, this was made to for the festival and the old dudez in the joury (hope i spelled it right... i don't realy care :B)

About language issues...

A warm hello from a fellow russian newgrounder! Glad to see you here. I really liked your series about Masyanya and Bo which I was watching a long time ago, before I even learned about Flash.

However, I would suggest to use subtitles rather than re-do all of the voices in english. Judging on mine and my friend's experience, people here find it more funny) Besides, your character's voices and the way they speak makes it difficult for the foreign users to understand all of the words.

Anyway, good luck! Hopefully we'll see more of Masyanya on NG). Try uploading music videos with Masyanya as well! Most of the good quality music flash pieces are greatly appreciated here)

The problem is that characters actually talking too fast. Spectator hardly has enough time to read and understand that do they mea..

The animation itself was decent: smooth and somewhat relaxing for my tired eyes) You also did a good job timing everything on music, however I didn't like how it was abruptly cut off at the end. Seriously, I expected it to be longer and more epic x)

I think you shouldn't leave this flash like that and improve it! You know, make up more gags with turkeys having their revenge and stuff. Maybe even make a music video out of it.

Anyway, keep working! Better luck with trophies next time and merry christmas to ya mate!

Thanks, merry christmas to you too! I regret making this so short, I only had 3 days and I couldn't think of any good jokes but thanks. This IS a music video, and I'm not editing this flash but I might make something else for a holiday later.

However, you can still make Meet the Medic\\Pyro or Spy, since Valve haven't released them yet ;D

Heh, I could - but there's the voicing issue really :/ Easier to work in a 'game world' and not have to emulate a voice, using original characters!

Great Short!

I liked it! The story looked quite original, and animation was smooth and eye-pleasuring.
~Also I suggest you to work more on character's character xD, trying to make them as different and original as possible. In addition, I think you should experiment using all kinds of angles, for instance, in this walking part of the movie, Yuriel was just running from one side of screen - to another.

OMFG! That treckbar! How did ya make it?! I've been trying to make this one myself after I've seen it for the first time in FFA+, but my ActionScript sucks, and... (notices phrase "Thank you John Su (MouseKlicks) for the terrific Trackbar!")

Oh, k... I don't think Mousekliks will reveal his secret to a mere mortal like me))
It will forever be a mystery...

All in all, it was nice movie, keep 'em coming!

Nice movie guys! I loved it!
And my own gnome mage looks exactly the same as that gnome Ian played in the movie, hope it won't affect my own WoW-realted flash where I'll use him as main charactor =)

guys? you mean, guy! lol but anyway, glad ya liked this cartoon. All I shall say is, do what ya like, I personally don't care if you use a WoW character that looked like mine, you can do it. but be careful, there's people out there who will probably say "YOU GOT THAT FROM COMIX!". but by all means, do what ya like :P and don't give up on it.

Wow, dude, this looked very nice and promising!
I could only suggest you to work harder on facial drawings 'coz they are mostly important. Also, try to make t look more dynamic by making it with more fps(30 or 33 for instance), you should also try using filters to add some nice visual effects...
Can't wait for the next part, however, try woking on some original stuff as well!

Yeah, I've gotten much better since then, but I still need to grow even more. I'm working on a few practice animations to get more FBF practice. I actually just discovered filters and I'm not very good with them. I keep practicing. It might be released in the next year or so, but it will be short. I'm glad you liked it!

Awesome m8, just awesome. I liked everything! Graphics, Style, ParagonX9's legendary music, and of course, the massacre >:D
My favourite movie among the Pico ones.
I have a question if u don't mind...
~As an animator myself I'm interested in how long did it took to create this animation, or how much time\per day was spent during the creation of this?

P.S. btw, at first, when I saw the black stick guy with the sword, I thought it was Etrius from Oscar's "Castle" series :D

It took, 2 1/2 months almost 3, at first we worked on it like every 4 or 5 days, but the last two weeks were non-stop daily slavery work, but yeah, that was like, a year ago.

I was going to use that guy in a sitck series on my own, but now that probably will never happen, but i guess he could ressemble any other guy form any stick movie.
